PushSlayer
Editorial policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
The PushSlayer blog publishes guides to fitness training and nutrition. This page explains who writes them, how we check them, and what to do if you find a mistake.
How articles are written
Articles are drafted with AI assistance and edited by the PushSlayer team. A person reads and approves every article before it is published. The byline "PushSlayer Editorial Team" covers both steps.
How we check facts
- Every number, recommendation and health claim is backed by a source listed at the end of the article.
- We cite peer-reviewed research, position stands from professional bodies, and public health guidance. We open and read a source before citing it.
- When studies disagree or the evidence is thin, the article says so.
- Calorie and energy figures are estimates and are labelled that way.
What we don't publish
- Medical advice, diagnoses or treatment plans.
- Promises of specific results, weight loss or health outcomes.
- Invented testimonials, reviews or user counts.
- Paid placements or affiliate recommendations.
About PushSlayer mentions
PushSlayer makes a fitness app for iPhone. Articles mention it where it fits the topic, for example when a guide covers counting reps or keeping a training habit. The app does not replace a coach, doctor or dietitian, and we don't present it that way.
Updates and corrections
Each article shows the date it was last updated. We revisit articles when new evidence appears or a reader reports a problem. To report an error, email support@pushslayer.com with the article link. We fix confirmed errors and update the date.
