PushSlayer
Discipline

One loop · Two problems · Discipline game

Doomscrolling and boring workouts.

Push-ups, squats, and planks are the input. Progression is the reward. Climb The Tower of Thirty Realms, beat your Rival, and take back your attention with Focus Shield.

Briefing
How it works

One loop. Two problems.

Show up, prove the rep, watch progression move. Then take back your attention with Focus Shield.

PushSlayer combat tracking HUD with live HP bar and depth rail
01
Combat Weapons

Push-up, squat, plank - honest proof.

Three weapons deal damage in Tower missions. On-device pose tracking keeps reps honest - no video saved or uploaded. Deny camera? Use +1 Rep and keep playing.

Tower progression map with 5-mission floor campaigns
02
The Tower

A 5-mission climb that rewards showing up.

Thirty floors, each a 5-mission campaign. Clear Mission 5 to unlock the next floor. Level and rank are status signals, not gates.

Boss fights

Pressure kills negotiation.

Generals and Lords hit back - your HP and theirs are both on screen. Win for full XP. Lose and still earn partial XP and coins.

04
Relics & trophies

Earn relics when you win.

First-clear Generals and Lords to unlock relics and trophy images for your gallery - earned in the fight, not bought separately.

Focus Shield

Take back your attention.

Block the apps that steal your time until you train to earn it back. Three unlock methods. Setup is optional; the core game stays usable without it.

PushSlayer Arcade tab with infinite run and Rival Match cards
07
Arcade & Rival

Face-controlled side loops.

A new tab with two face-controlled game modes: an infinite run and a 60-second rep race against a Rival. Both count toward your streak.

Why PushSlayer

Discipline game vs rep counter

Floors, missions, ranks, streaks, relics, and a Focus Shield - not a log you stop opening after week one.

PS
Stop negotiating

Each day has a fight to finish - not another plan to abandon.

PS
Discipline compounds

Win the small daily fight and you start trusting yourself everywhere else.

PS
Boss rewards

Beat Generals and Lords for relics, trophies, XP, and coins - visible proof in your gallery.

PS
Take back attention

Focus Shield blocks the apps that steal your time until you train to earn it back.

PS
Protect your record

Sign in to keep streak, rank, and proof tied to your account across devices.

PS
Side loops, same streak

Arcade and Rival Match keep the loop fresh - face-controlled games that still count toward your streak.

Men building discipline

Illustrative quotes in the voice of PushSlayer onboarding - not verified App Store reviews. Real reviews appear in the App Store listing.

Jake Rodriguez@jakke

I used to scroll instead of showing up. Progression mid-set made discipline feel addictive - in a good way.

Riley Chen@rileygrind

Thirty-day streak because the app gives me a fight to finish, not a lecture. Freeze saved me twice. Focus Shield saved me more.

Sam Okonkwo@samslays

Four big wins down, streak still alive. Only discipline loop I have not deleted.

Morgan Ellis@floor15

Floor 15 earned. Progression did more for my consistency than any rep log ever did.

Alex Park@depth_first

Full depth or it does not count. Finally an app that respects the rep - and my word to myself.

Devon Hart@rival_run

Rival Match at 60 seconds is the only cardio I will do. Beat the Rival, kept the streak, no other player involved.
